Convocatoria abierta para iniciativas locales y regionales sobre la salud del suelo en el marco del Proyecto HuMUS

6 February 2024

The HuMUS project supports collective spaces for constructive dialogue on soil health with participatory methodologies through its open call for proposals for local and regional initiatives on soil health.

The overall objective of the HuMUS project is to facilitate the deployment of the EU Soil Mission at regional and local level in Europe. It will do so by creating collective spaces for dialogue on soil health, both within and outside the consortium.

From within the consortium, 13 Territorial Management Agreements are expected to be signed between relevant and committed Quadruple Helix stakeholders from each HuMUS partner community.

The objective of this call for proposals is to identify and support a further 20 pilot projects, involving a total number of at least 300 Quadruple Helix stakeholders. It is open to public authorities in partnership with farmers, entrepreneurs, SMEs, consumer associations, NGOs, soil experts, researchers and academics, government officials and the general public, including marginalised people and vulnerable groups.

The HuMUS call for pilot proposals has a total budget of €600,000 and the maximum grant per pilot project is €30,000. The deadline for applications is 29 February 2024 at 5 pm CET (Brussels time).
