The invention provides a strain which is white in mushroom body color, high in uniformity, short in period, low in pollution rate and suitable for industrial cultivation of white agrocybe aegerita and a cultivation method thereof by improving and innovating white agrocybe aegerita strains, charging modes and fruiting management technical parameters. The fruiting bodies produced by the method disclosed by the invention have the advantages of white mushroom body color, high uniformity, crisp and tender meat quality, low possibility of fiber aging, short period, low pollution rate and the like, and can be widely popularized and applied.
