The subject invention relates to the production and use of a mixture for fattening cattle, which is a mixture for feeding cattle for fattening, i.e. use for achieving growth in cattle fattening and the process of making the mixture on farms. Furthermore, the present invention also relates to slaughterhouse characteristics and meat quality using an innovative mixture in the diet of beef cattle during fattening, its effect on increasing the proportion of muscle tissue and carcass characteristics.
