The invention provides a method for rapidly identifying bovine-derived components in meat products based on an MIRA technology, and belongs to the technical field of food safety biology. The invention firstly provides a primer probe combination for identifying bovine-derived components in meat products. The primer probe combination comprises a forward primer, a reverse primer and a probe, the nucleotide sequence of the forward primer is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3; the nucleotide sequence of the reverse primer is as shown in SEQ ID NO.5; the nucleotide sequence of the probe is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 9. The invention also provides a kit containing the primer probe combination and a specific identification method. The detection method for identifying the bovine-derived components in the meat products is mild in condition, simple and convenient to operate, high in specificity, high in sensitivity, good in reliability, visual in result and very beneficial to field detection. The detection method disclosed by the invention provides a new choice for quickly, simply and sensitively detecting the bovine-derived components in the meat product on site, and has a wide application prospect.
