The invention innovatively designs a continuous online quantitative mixing and puffing system. The system is composed of core equipment such as a vacuum rotary dryer, a meat paste accurate metering pump, a storage tank, a powdery material accurate metering pump and a five-section type double-screw bulking machine. The continuous on-line quantitative mixing puffing system is combined with optimized process parameters, so that the range of the addition amount of the puffed food fresh meat can reach 16-50%. According to the process disclosed by the invention, the meat content of the product can be flexibly adjusted in a relatively large range; the puffed food produced by the process is good in forming, few in broken grains, uniform in curing and high in gelatinization degree. In addition, the product is good in flavor, strong in meat flavor, good in palatability, high in protein content, easy to digest and suitable for production of high-end puffed food for pets, and meets the requirements of consumers for the high-end pet food.
