An artificial cultivation method for crayfish belongs to the field of aquaculture and comprises the following steps: constructing a temporary rearing pond, arranging a water inlet and drainage system, oxygenation equipment and an escape-preventing and avoiding facility, and laying coral sand and pebbles at the bottom of the pond; after disinfection treatment, injecting water into the temporary rearing pond at the beginning of April every year, and putting the crayfish crayfish into the temporary rearing pond; selecting fresh fish meat for feeding; the water temperature is 12-30 DEG C, the dissolved oxygen concentration is 5.8-9.9 mg/L, and the hardness is 260-290 German degrees; the method comprises the following steps: collecting crawfish stones in male crawfish crayfish from the end of June to the beginning of July every year, collecting crawfish stones in female crawfish crayfish from the end of July to the beginning of August every year, selecting the crawfish crayfish which is light in body color, thin in shell and about to shell or the crawfish crayfish which is molting, and collecting the crawfish stones.
