The invention is designed such that the main tapered or outwardly flared assembly is able to transport and process larger quantities of meat without working or damaging the meat and then cutting and extruding the meat through an orifice end plate such that the final minced meat product is undamaged, of the desired texture, and of the required particulate size and definition such that it meets the consumers demands or expectations.
