The present invention provides an edible 3D printing bioink, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof in cultured meat. Raw materials for preparing the bioink comprise pectin, glutamine transaminase, a first protein component, and a second protein component, wherein the first protein component is gelatin and/or collagen, and the second protein component is protamine. The bioink does not require a photoinitiator for 3D printing.
