Raw materials of the bioink according to the present invention include pectin, glutamine transaminase, a first protein component, and a second protein component; the bioink has good biocompatibility, printability and stability, and supports three-dimensional growth of cells; and the bioink is edible without photoinitiators for 3D printing, and therefore has a broad application prospect in fields of food science, cellular agriculture and biomedicine.
