A processing part is included, a food containing device on the food processing device is sealed and is filledwith nitrogen, according to the method, food passing through the food processing device is in the nitrogen environment, food oxidation caused by entering of oxygen can be avoided, the device is not prone to getting mold, food quality is ensured, birth of an oxygen-free household food storage processing machine is achieved, flour food making devices such as an oil press, a flour mill, a rice husking machine, a beverage making machine, a deep fry device, a flour pressing device, an encrusting machine and the like and a food making machine are upgraded to oxygen-free processing devices, the household food storage processing machine is additionally provided with a replacing channel without air inlet, a stirring machine or food processing machine or shredding machine or meat cutting machine can be replaced, the food processing device is operated in the nitrogen environment, and is upgraded into the oxygen-free processing device, and the method achieves the aim that persons carries out long-term resistance of food oxidation and desires to own a series of oxygen-free food processing devices.
