The wheel assembly (2) is movably connected to the connecting base (1), and the wheel assembly (2) can switch between an unfolding position and a folding position. The connecting base (1) is provided with a positioning space (11), wherein when the wheel assembly (2) is at the unfolding position, the wheel assembly (2) rotates to an inner side of the positioning space (11); and when the wheel assembly (2) is at the folding position, the wheel assembly (2) rotates to an outer side of the positioning space (11). The positioning assembly comprises a first positioning member and a second positioning member, wherein the first positioning member can work together with the positioning space (11) to position the wheel assembly (2) at the unfolding position; and the second positioning member can work together with the first positioning member to position the wheel assembly (2) at the folding position. The wheel assembly device (10) has a simple structure. By unfolding and folding the wheel assembly (2), the connecting base (1) can move on the ground and can be steadily placed on the ground.
