Said tablet is made of a tablet-shaped drug core and a sustained release coating; the tablet-shaped drug core comprises 10-15 parts of vitamin C and 10-15 parts of a zinc ion-containing substance, with the remainder being water; and the sustained release coating comprises 20-80 parts of a main film-forming agent, 10-20 parts of pregelatinized starch, 5-15 parts of a toughening agent, 3-8 parts of an anti-sticking agent, 2-6 parts of a plasticizing agent, 1-5 parts of a coloring agent, and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, with the remainder being ethanol. Vitamin C is mixed with zinc, zinc is supplemented when supplementing vitamin C, and smooth execution of various enzyme reactions within the body is facilitated; the present invention has good toughness and durability, and prolonged release at a uniform rate is achieved by means of the sustained release coating; zinc absorption requires active transport by a carrier protein on a cell membrane, so a prolonged duration of release can prevent temporary carrier saturation, and a prolonged duration of release and carrier transport improves absorption and utilization.
