The atomizing portion (100) comprises a liquid vial (10) having two opposite open ends, a gas tube (20), an atomizing base (30), a liquid guide tube (40) provided with at least one liquid inlet hole (41) in the wall, an atomizing assembly (50), and a rubber plug tube (60) capable of being pulled off; a first end of the liquid vial (10) is narrowed to form a mouthpiece (11); the atomizing base (30) is fitted in a second end of the liquid vial (10); the liquid guide tube (40) is inserted in a center channel of the atomizing base (30); the atomizing assembly (50) is disposed in the liquid guide tube (40); the gas tube (20) is disposed in the liquid vial (10) and has one end connected to the liquid guide tube (40); the rubber plug tube (60) is inserted in the mouthpiece (11) and has one end tightly connected to the gas tube (20) and the other end extending out of the mouthpiece (11). By forming the liquid inlet hole (41) in the atomizing base (30), the atomizing assembly (50) and the e-liquid are separated before the electronic cigarette is used for the first time, so as to achieve liquid-core separation; and by connecting the rubber plug tube (60) that is hollow and capable of being pulled off to the gas tube (2), a gas passage is formed to discharge vapor, so as to facilitate testing after wetting the atomizing assembly (50) using the e-liquid before leaving the factory, thereby ensuring that all electronic cigarettes leaving the factory are good products.
