The present invention relates to the technical field of the sustained release of potassium ions, and in particular to a sustained-and-controlled-release potassium ion tablet and a preparation method therefor. The sustained-and-controlled-release potassium ion tablet consists of a tablet-shaped medicament core and a sustained-release coating, wherein the tablet-shaped medicament core comprises the following raw materials: 10-15 parts of potassium citrate, 5-8 parts of cyclodextrin, 2-3 parts of a binder, and the balance being water; and the sustained-release coating comprises the following raw materials: 20-80 parts of ethyl cellulose, 10-20 parts of oxidized hydroxypropyl starch, 2-10 parts of sodium lactate, 3-5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-15 parts of a toughening agent, 1-5 parts of a coloring agent, 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, and the balance being a solvent. Provided are a sustained-and-controlled-release potassium ion tablet and a preparation method therefor, which realize the slow release of potassium ions, enhance the effective absorption of potassium ions, and have the effects of regulating the blood to be alkalescent, achieving long-acting constant-speed release, having good wear resistance, improving the toughness of the coating, and preventing the shape or structure of the sustained-and-controlled release tablet from being damaged.
