The present invention discloses a remote customer service device that is provided with a tripod, a capturing element associated with a camera and smart tablet, a light source and a smartphone. Thus, the device of the invention exhibits mobility due to the wheels that are attached to the tripod and autonomy due to the presence of batteries that power the different electronic apparatuses, the smartphone being linked for remote customer service through an application. Advantageously, the batteries avoid the permanent use of electrical wires that would prevent the device from moving across the point of sales, offering complete mobility to the salesperson and making it possible to show in detail the products of interest to the customer who is remotely connected.
