The unit further comprises a heat accumulation system to mitigate the temperature variation that might be experienced by the products contained in the interior space (1) of the refrigerator unit during thawing, wherein the heat accumulation system comprises at least one heat-carrying fluid (10) enclosed inside a hermetic space, and wherein the heat-carrying fluid (10) is located at least in alignment with at least a part of the structure that delimits the interior compartment (1) of the refrigerator unit.
