A sustained-and-controlled-release vitamin C tablet is composed of a tablet-shaped medicament core and a coating liquid; the kneading of the medicament core and coating are completed by the same device, and are controlled separately; the coating and the medicament core are independent of each other; the size of pores on the surface of the coating can be adjusted by means of adjusting the concentration of the coating liquid and the speed and temperature of hot air; a plurality of medicament core tablets are simultaneously cut by means of the coordinated use of a tablet press and a cutter; and by means of changing the shape and size of a hole in the bottom of the tablet press, sustained-release tablets with different sizes and shapes are manufactured. According to the present invention, a tablet is coated without a framework material; a coating bound to a medicament core is subjected to sustained release, so that wear resistance and oxidation resistance are achieved; and the sustained-release tablet has a uniform gap size, a stable release speed, is released in a uniform and slow manner, has a long release time, a low overall cost, good process controllability, is capable of being reworked, has few preparation materials, a simple process and is capable of saving on production costs.
