The warehouse includes racks, a transfer robot, and picking stations. The management system comprises: a product group generation module configured to generate, based on relevance among products in the picking work, product groups; an allocated-rack determination module configured to determine, for each one of the product groups, allocation of the racks; an allocated-picking station determination module configured to determine, for each one of the product groups, allocation of the picking stations; and a transfer robot controller configured to control the transfer robot. The allocated-picking station determination module determines the picking stations that is at a shortest distance from the racks that is allocated to the product group, as the picking stations that is to be allocated to the product group.
