An aspect of the invention relates to delivery systems comprising a carrier and a hydrophobic formulation, wherein the carrier comprises Moringa oleifera coagulation protein (MOCP). Embodiments of the invention include where carrier is a polymeric shell and where hydrophobic formulation comprises an active ingredients. Further aspects of the invention provide consumer products comprising a delivery system of the invention.
