Specifically, disclosed are a compound having a structure as shown in formula (V), as well as a water-soluble salt, complex and pharmaceutical composition thereof, and plant and animal therapeutic products containing the derivative and a use thereof as antifungal antibiotics. Also disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for the described compound.
