The mask disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: a phase A: 0.50-2.00 wt% of ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/VP copolymer and the balance of water; a phase B: 0.50 to 10.00 wt% of glycerol, 0.50 to 5.00 wt% of trehalose and 0 to 0.50 wt% of allantoin; a phase C: 0.50 to 2.00 wt% of glyceryl stearate/PEG-100 stearate, 0.50 to 5.00 wt% of olive oil, and 0.08 to 5.00 wt% of a phytosterol composition; and a phase D: 0-0.50 wt% of essence and a proper amount of preservative; the phytosterol composition is prepared from phytosterol, phytosterol ester, behenyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol. The phytosterol composition in the mask disclosed by the invention has a good permeation enhancing effect, and is synergistically compatible with other components, so that the moisturizing, repairing, relieving, skin elasticity improving and anti-aging effects of the mask are improved.
