The invention discloses a preparation method of a salted rose essential oil microcapsule. The method specifically comprises the following steps: smashing fresh rose flowers into slurry, adding a NaCl solution, soaking, heating and redistilling; separating out an organic layer, filtering and drying, and concentrating filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain salted rose essential oil; stirring and dissolving a proper amount of beta-cyclodextrin and distilled water to prepare a saturated aqueous solution of beta-cyclodextrin; mixing the salted rose essential oil with olive oil to prepare base oil, sucking the base oil, adding absolute ethyl alcohol according to a certain proportion, and dissolving to obtain a salted rose essential oil absolute ethyl alcohol solution; carrying out water bath on the saturated aqueous solution of beta-cyclodextrin, heating and stirring, uniformly adding the salted rose essential oil absolute ethyl alcohol solution, continuously stirring, and cooling and standing; and carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain a microcapsule product.
