The method specifically comprises the following steps: smashing fresh rose flowers into slurry, adding double distilled water, soaking, heating, and redistilling; separating out an organic layer, filtering and drying, and concentrating filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain rose essential oil; stirring and dissolving a proper amount of beta-cyclodextrin and distilled water to prepare a saturated aqueous solution of beta-cyclodextrin; mixing the rose essential oil and olive oil to prepare base oil, sucking the base oil, adding into absolute ethyl alcohol according to a certain proportion, and dissolving to obtain a rose essential oil absolute ethyl alcohol solution; carrying out water bath on the saturated aqueous solution of beta-cyclodextrin, heating and stirring, uniformly adding the rose essential oil absolute ethyl alcohol solution, continuously stirring, cooling, and standing; and carrying out suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain a microcapsule product.
