The plant type scrub cream provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20 to 40 percent of a fresh olive pomace mixture, 10 to 30 percent of a rose cell water extract, 5 to 8 percent of olive oil, 5 to 7 percent of a humectant, 5 to 7 percent of a color fixative, 1.5 to 2 percent of a softening and moistening agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of an emulsifier, 0.03 to 0.2 percent of a surfactant, 0.03 to 0.1 percent of a preservative, 0.03 to 0.1 percent of a stabilizer and the balance of water, the particle size of the fresh olive pomace mixture is not greater than 60 meshes. Results of the embodiment show that the plant type scrub cream provided by the invention realizes resource utilization of the fresh olive pomace mixture, is low in cost, and can nourish skin, brighten skin color, remove deep dirt and grease of skin and pores, and replenish water and preserve moisture.
