SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, veterinary, pharmacology. An ointment for the treatment of burns and infected wounds containing a colloidal form of dead bees, propolis, beeswax and olive oil is proposed. A method for treating burns and infected wounds is proposed, which provides for applying the specified ointment to the affected area once every 5 days with a layer of 2-3 mm and exposure on the affected area without a bandage.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides the development of a highly effective ointment in the form of a mild dosage form for external use of tonic action for the treatment of various types of wounds, including infected and burn wounds, with antiseptic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and wound healing activity, with a long shelf life and a shortened treatment period.
