The invention relates to the technical field of thermoplastic elastomer materials, and discloses an oil-resistant food-grade styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a preparation method thereof, the elastomer comprises 5-10 parts of SEBS, 25-45 parts of SBS, 25-38 parts of naphthenic oil, 10-50 parts of PP, 0-3 parts of maleic anhydride grafted PP, 1-5 parts of EVA, 0.02-0.1 part of an initiator, 0-0.5 part of an antioxidant and 0-0.6 part of a lubricant. The SEBS and the SBS are filled with oil, and then are mixed with other components and extruded. According to the preparation method, main components such as SEBS and SBS are subjected to a cross-linking reaction under the action of an initiator, and naphthenic oil, EVA and PP-g-MAH are matched to adjust the vulcanization uniformity and fluidity of a system, so that the tolerance to organic solvents such as olive oil is improved, and the food-grade styrene thermoplastic elastomer with excellent mechanical properties and oil-resistant effect is obtained under the synergy of a raw material formula and a process.
