More specifically, the disclosure is directed to an oil pulling composition for improved oral hygiene comprising coconut oil, olive oil and almond oil as the base along with essential oils of tea tree, clove, fennel, cardamom and peppermint. Said composition is devoid of chlorhexidine or fluoride and does not leave stains or decay tooth enamel over prolonged usage.
