The invention provides nutritional corn paste and a preparation method thereof. The nutritional corn paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of milk powder, 15-20 parts of waxy corn powder, 10-15 parts of fruit corn powder, 5-10 parts of cooked peanut powder, 3-5 parts of white sesame seed powder, 1-3 parts of bitter gourd powder, 1.5-2 parts of folic acid, 10-20 parts of edible gelatin, 5-15 parts of olive oil, 1-1.5 parts of an emulsifier and 0.1-0.2 part of a preservative. Compared with the prior art, the nutritional corn paste provided by the invention is soft and delicious, smooth in mouth and capable of promoting appetite.
