The stable Natural Non Greasy cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein said composition is in the cream dosage form with improved sensory properties of cream like lightness, non-greasy skin feel & better absorption. 3. The cosmetic composition consists of urea as humectants, Lactic acid-Sodium Acetate used as Buffer to adjust Ph range of 5.5 to 7.0. 4. The stable non greasy synergistic cosmetic emulsion composition as claimed in claim 1 to 3, wherein said Natural cosmetic composition excipients are selected from group comprising Humectants, Emollients, Emulsifiers, Thickeners, Preservatives, Botanical oils, Butters, Extracts, Moisturizers and other suitable additives ,the natural compositions is without Parabens, Mineral oils, Parrafins, Petroleum jelly, Synthetic fragrance & color.5. The stable synergistic cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 4, Base of water washable oil in water cosmetic emulsion comprising of Cetostearyl Alcohol as Thicker, Bees wax as emulsifier , Plant based Fatty alcohol emulsifier Cetearyl Alcohol & Polysorbate 60, Xanthum Gum a natural Emulsifier, Olive oil based Cetearyl Olivate & Sorbitan Olivate as co emulsifier and emulsion stabilizer. 6. The stable Natural cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 4, consist of Cocoa & Shea Butter as moisturizer & emollient. 7. The stable Natural cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 4, consist of Natural oils like Sweet almond oil, Coconut oil, Olive oil & Wheat germ oil & Iso Propyl Misterate as Emollient & Moisturizer. 8. The stable synergistic Natural cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 4 has Allantoin, Betaine Anhydrous, Multivitamins like Vitamin A & E as Emollient, nourishing & protective agent. 9.
