The invention relates to a method for reversing insulin resistance, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing procyanidine powder from degreased grape seeds; s2, injecting procyanidine powder into a mixing device, and starting a stirring mechanism and a spraying mechanism; s3, sequentially injecting the olive oil, the undaria pinnatifida dietary fiber powder, the soybean protein powder, the mulberry leaf extraction powder, the fructus momordicae extraction powder and the oat powder into a mixing device; and S4, detecting the water holding rate of the mixture, and packaging the qualified mixture to form the insulin resistance reversing nutritious food. Step S5, after a preset preservation time, detecting the antioxidant activity of the proanthocyanidins of the insulin-resistance-reversing nutritious food, and if the antioxidant activity of the proanthocyanidins of the insulin-resistance-reversing nutritious food does not meet the standard, determining the spraying amount and the spraying height of the spraying mechanism by the central control unit; the stirring speed of the stirring mechanism and the extraction purity of the procyanidine are adjusted, so that the quality of the insulin resistance reversing nutritious food meets the standard.
