The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a standard working solution and a to-be-detected sample solution which is obtained by a to-be-detected sample and a food simulant through a migration experiment, the food simulant is selected from more than one of acetic acid with the volume fraction of 4%, ethanol with the volume fraction of 10%, ethanol with the volume fraction of 95%, isooctane and olive oil; and (2) respectively absorbing the to-be-detected sample solution and the standard solution, and carrying out qualitative and quantitative analysis by adopting a super liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method. The method established by the invention has a good application prospect, and is beneficial to providing an auxiliary effect for a production enterprise or a detection mechanism so as to avoid safety accidents.
