The present invention relates to a salted laver production method and salted laver produced by the method including the following steps of: (1) immersing Schisandra chinensis fruit in a saccharified solution obtained by adding malt to water and performing saccharification, taking out the fruit, drying the fruit, and then grinding the fruit to produce Schisandra chinensis fruit powder; (2) adding salt, sugar, sophora japonica fruit powder, and cooking wine to pollock intestine and performing salting, drying, and grinding to produce sauced intestine powder; (3) performing wild pear skin drying and grinding to produce wild pear skin powder; (4) shredding dried laver; (5) preparing mixed laver by mixing olive oil, sesame oil, sugar, sesame, and salt with the shredded laver of step (4), Schisandra chinensis fruit powder produced in step (1), sauced intestine powder produced in step (2), and wild pear skin powder produced in step (3); and (6) roasting the mixed laver prepared in step (5).
