METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CAKE FOR PET

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cake for a pet, which includes the following steps of: preparing cake dough by mixing 40 to 60 parts by weight of egg, 10 to 25 parts by weight of chicken breast powder, 5 to 15 parts by weight of nut powder containing at least one of almond, walnut, and peanut, 1 to 10 parts by weight of rice flour, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of oil containing at least one of MCT oil, canola oil, grape seed oil, and olive oil; pouring the cake dough into a cake frame and baking the cake dough at 140 to 170℃ for 15 to 30 minutes to making a cake sheet; preparing cake mousse by mixing 20 to 40 parts by weight of egg yolk, 20 to 40 parts by weight of sweet potato, 20 to 40 parts by weight of fresh cream, and 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of gelatin; and completing the cake for a pet by stacking the cake sheet and mousse. According to the present invention, the cake is provided by putting the cake mousse which is made mainly of egg yolk, sweet potato, and fresh cream, on the cake sheet which is made mainly of egg and chicken breast powder. As a result, the cake is a highly healthful pet snack and similar in taste to cake for people. COPYRIGHT KIPO 2022
