PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an agent or the like for improving a crispy feeling of fried food, because an improved crispy feeling of fried food is important to improve its taste.SOLUTION: A method for improving a crispy feeling of fried food causes oil and fat compositions for frying to contain crude olive oil of 0.5 mass% or more and 8.5 mass% or less.
