The invention further discloses application of the low-fat roxburgh rose tea cake premixed powder to preparation of low-fat roxburgh rose tea cakes. The roxburgh rose tea biscuit prepared by combining the roxburgh rose tea biscuit premixed powder is delicious and low in grease content, and has functional components of natural roxburgh rose and green tea powder.
