The facial cleanser comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-70% of a hydroxyl water composition, 3%-30% of olive oil, 6.3%-9.8% of sodium hydroxide, 2.67%-3.5% of vitamin C, 1%-2% of ascorbyl palmitate, 10%-28% of milk and the balance of absolute ethyl alcohol, the aloe leaf extract accounts for 0.86%-5%, and the cucumber juice accounts for 1.7%-3%. The preparation method comprises the steps of hydroxyl water composition preparation, cucumber juice preparation, sodium hydroxide mixture preparation, saponification reaction, vitamin C mixture injection, saponification model chamber shaping, saponification reaction continuing, demolding, airing and the like. The product is natural in components, free of pollution, free of pigments, spices, preservatives and antioxidants and good in moisturizing effect.
