The present invention relates to a hamburger manufacturing method, comprising: a step A of preparing hamburger buns by fermenting and baking a dough containing strong flour, dry yeast, sugar, salt, milk, butter, and black sesame paste; a step B of preparing patties by mixing the minced meat prepared with minced beef ribs and chuck eye roll, seasoning sauce containing soy sauce and rice cake ingredients, and baking the patty dough molded into a flat cylindrical shape on a grill; a step C of preparing additive ingredients by adding a first sauce containing white wine vinaigrette, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, and pure olive oil to the vegetable mix containing onion, oak greens, lettuce, nutritious leek, and radish; a step D of preparing the boiled second sauce by putting the seasoning sauce, butter, and white wine used in the step B into a pan member and heating the same for a predetermined time; a step E of cutting the top and bottom thickness of the hamburger bun prepared through the step A in half and baking the cut sides of the separated upper bun and lower bun; and a step F of putting the patty prepared in the step B above the applied second sauce, after applying the second sauce prepared in the step D to the cut upper surface of the lower bun baked through the step E, followed by placing additive materials manufactured in the step C on the patty and completing hamburger so that the cut bottom of the upper bun baked through the step E covers the additive material.
