The invention discloses a hair dye for catalyzing melanin polymerization by perfumed soap, a preparation method and a use method of hair dye. The hair dye comprises a first agent and a second agent, the first agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 1%-3% of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, 4%-8% of C16-18 alcohol, 12%-16 percent of olive oil, 0.5%-2% of PEG-7 olive oil, 2%-8% of propylene glycol, 1%-6% of cysteine, 0.1%-0.2% of sodium sulfite, 0.1%-0.5% of ascorbic acid ethyl ether, 0.2%-2% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.05%-0.1 % of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, a proper amount of ethanolamine and the balance of water; the second agent is a soap base and comprises the following components: 20-30% of olive oil, 20-30% of coconut oil, 5-20% of sodium hydroxide and the balance of water. The hair dye is fast in coloring and good in coloring effect; in addition, the invention is milder and safer and is beneficial to improving hair flexibility.
