PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen food whose freezer burn is prevented over a long period, without adding food additives such as an emulsifier or a thickener.SOLUTION: A freezer burn inhibitor contains cooked rice of high amylose rice, and fat, in which the ratio (fat/cooked rice) of the mass of the fat to the mass of the cooked rice is 1/10 or more and 1/1 or less.
