The invention discloses a fat emulsion injection and a preparation method and device thereof. In the fat emulsion injection, the volume content of the emulsion particles with the particle size larger than 5 microns in the oil phase is smaller than 0.01%, the volume content of the emulsion particles with the particle size larger than 0.75 microns in the oil phase is smaller than 0.5%, and the particle size of the large emulsion particles is smaller than 0.35 microns; the oil in the fat emulsion injection comprises one or a mixture of more of soybean oil, medium chain triglyceride, olive oil and fish oil. The preparation method comprises the following steps: magnetically stirring the prepared oil phase and water phase, and adding water for injection to a preparation amount to obtain primary emulsion; performing high-pressure homogenization on the primary emulsion to obtain uniform emulsion; and filling, filling nitrogen, plugging, capping and sterilizing. According to the fat emulsion injection disclosed by the invention, the proportions of large emulsion particles and small emulsion particles are obviously reduced, the particle size of the large emulsion particles is obviously reduced, the uniformity is obviously improved, and the storage stability is also greatly enhanced. And the emulsion obtained by mixing and stirring the oil phase and the water phase by adopting a magnetic stirring technology has better performance.
