PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat that contains an abundance of α-linolenic acid and keeps a flavor of sesame oil even after exposure and preservation.SOLUTION: A fat composition contains components (A), (B), and (C): (A) a fat that contains 40-70 mass% of α-linolenic acid in constituent fatty acids; (B) a vitamin C fatty acid ester; and (C) a sesame oil flavor, sesame oil or a combination of them. Preferably, the content of the component (B) vitamin C fatty acid ester is 0.005-0.2 mass%, the content of the component (C) olive oil flavor is 0.01-0.5 mass%, the content of the component (C) olive oil is 20-85 mass%, the content of the component (A) fat is 10-99.985 mass%, and the content of diacylglycerol in the component (A) fat is 15 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2022,JPO&INPIT
