There is disposable an edible spoon for the production of which there are mixed, egg white or alternatively tahini (from 15% to 34% of the total weight of the final product), powdered sugar or organic or non-organic substitute thereof (5% to 25 %), all-purpose flour (25% to 30%), fresh butter or, alternatively, olive oil or sunflower oil (7% to 13%), cream with a fat content of 35% or vegetable substitute (5% to 8 %), almond extract (1% to 2% ) and salt (0.40% to 0.70%). After being used to swallow liquid or solid elements, the invented edible spoon can be consumed by the user.
