The composition is prepared from the following components: olive oil, linseed oil, ultrapure curcumin, almond oil and VCIP. The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 18 to 20 parts of olive oil, 14 to 16 parts of linseed oil, 0.4 to 0.8 part of ultrapure curcumin, 14 to 16 parts of almond oil and 45 to 55 parts of VCIP. The composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 19.5% of olive oil, 15% of linseed oil, 0.5% of ultrapure curcumin, 15% of almond oil and 50% of VCIP. The invention also provides a preparation method and application of the composition. The composition is used for preparing skin care products. The skin care product contains skin care oil. The composition prepared by the invention is suitable for skin darkness and melanin precipitation caused by various reasons, and can whiten the skin and keep the skin moist and healthy while improving and brightening the skin color.
