PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve poor body conditions such as lowering of vitality and lowering of a cognitive function.SOLUTION: At first step S101, an extract obtained by ethanol extraction under nitrogen atmosphere from a mantle of dried scallop is obtained. Then, at a second step S102, the obtained extract is concentrated to obtain a concentrated liquid. Then, at a third step S103, edible oil such as olive oil and an antioxidant such as vitamin E are added to the concentrated liquid, to adjust the concentrated liquid.
