The constant-temperature light shielding and oxygen isolating olive oil storage tank comprises a tank body. The lower portion of the tank body is provided with landing legs. The tank body is 10 meters high, the diameter of the tank body is 1.5 meters, and the tankbottom is in an inverted cone shape. The bottom of the tank body is connected with a water and dreg discharging pipeline. The top of the tank body is in a taper shape, and the top of the tank body isconnected with a washing pipeline, a nitrogen pipeline, a vent valve and an oil inlet pipeline. The side wall of the tank body is provided with a high-level oil outlet pipeline, a middle-level oil outlet pipeline and a low-level oil outlet pipeline. The high-level oil outlet pipeline, the middle-level oil outlet pipeline and the low-level oil outlet pipeline are each provided with an oil outlet valve and a sampling valve. The tank body adopts a semi-underground storage manner, half of the interior of the tank stores oil, and half of the interior of the tank is inflated with nitrogen. A board room for isolating sunshine is arranged above the tank body. The constant-temperature light shielding and oxygen isolating olive oil storage tank has the advantages that the semi-underground storage manner guarantees that the oil is stored at the constant temperature; the nitrogen is fed, and the residual oil is prevented from being oxidized; and a unique spray head enables cleanout fluid to wash the interior of the oil tank without dead corners.
