The alcohol-based product according to the invention basically comprises at least one type of alcohol compound and at least one type of prebiotic that enables the provision of the conditions ideal for the skin flora by selectively increasing the growth and activity of the beneficial microorganisms available in the skin flora. As a result, the skin cleansing and care are accomplished via application in a single step with a single product.
