Fecha de publicación: 02/05/2008 Fuente: WIPO "olive oil" Accordingly the invention provides a process for preparation of active ingredient loaded aportansferrin/transferring particles comprising dissolving aprotanferrin/transferring in buffer and active ingredient in dimethyl sulphoxide or buffer, mixing above solutions slowly at 4C, dispersing above mixture, stepwise in olive oil or vegitable oil at 4C, sonicating above solution in a sonicator using probe to obtain nanoparticles for 15 times with gap of 1 minute with each cycle of 30 seconds at 4C, freezing the sonicated solution for 10 minutes and incubating in ice for 4 hours, separating the particles by centrifugation for 10 minutes, discarding the supernatant and washing the pellet twice in atleast 15 ml of ice cold diethyl ether or any oil miscible solvent, dispersing the pellet nanoparticles in 1 ml saline or buffer and filtering.
