A yellowing-resistant PVC synthetic leather for compounding a PU sponge and a composite material. The PVC synthetic leather comprises a base fabric layer, an adhesive layer, a foaming layer, and a surface layer which are sequentially stacked. The raw material formulation of the adhesive layer comprises a PVC resin, an anti-amine agent, and a stabilizer. The addition amount of the anti-amine agent accounts for 0.3-1% of the mass of the PVC resin. The addition amount of the stabilizer accounts for 2-4% of the mass of the PVC resin. The anti-amine agent is a perchlorate. According to this process, the anti-amine agent is added to the adhesive layer, so that after the PVC synthetic leather is compounded to the PU sponge by means of the flame, the anti-amine agent in the adhesive layer can react with amine substances in the PU sponge, thereby effectively inhibiting the precipitation of the amine substances in the PU sponge, greatly reducing the amine substances permeated to the skin layer when the PVC synthetic leather compounded with the PU sponge is curled, significantly improving the yellowing resistance, and effectively solving the problem of yellowing during storage and transportation.
