The VC and ferrous sulfate sustained and controlled release tablet is composed of a sheet-shaped drug core and a sustained release coating; the sheet-shaped drug core comprises the following materials: 10-15 parts of VC and 15-20 parts of ferrous sulfate, with the balance being water; and the sustained release coating comprises the following materials: 20-80 parts of ethyl cellulose, 5-8 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5-15 parts of a toughener, 5-10 parts of an anti-blocking agent, 1-5 parts of a coloring agent, and 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, with the balance being ethanol. The present invention is aimed at providing a VC and ferrous sulfate sustained and controlled release tablet, and a preparation method therefor. The VC is combined with ferrous sulfate, and the VC and ferrous sulfate are prepared into a sustained release table, so that VC is added when iron is supplemented, ferrous sulfate can be protected from being oxidized, and VC also has the function of promoting the absorption of ferrous ions.
