The nutritional composition comprises a medium and long-chain fatty acid triacylglycerol and a milk fat globule membrane in a mass ratio of 2:1 to 97:1, and the two components have a synergistic effect in promoting skeletal development, in particular increasing bone density and/or preventing or treating osteogenesis imperfecta and/or osteoporosis.
